I try to ship within two days of the sale/receipt of payment. I do not charge "handling". I try to keep the shipping price you pay the same or within $1.00 as the actual shipping price I pay at the post office. If I end up overcharging by more than $1.00, I will offer either credit at my store for another purchase in the future, or I will refund the difference.

Payment:

Payment is through Paypal. With Paypal, you can pay through your Paypal balance, your bank account (if connected to Paypal), or your credit card. I find this a safe, easy way to pay for items.

Returning an item is possible, if there is a problem with the item, or the customer isn't happy with the colourway/yarn. The item can be returned in it's original, *unused* condition.
