The colourway is called "Carmanah", for the amazing ancient rainforest park on Vancouver Island, a few hours north of where I live. It has giant Sitka spruce trees, and moss and mushrooms and little creeks. The colourway has an earthy blend of brown and mahogany wood, pine and spruce, dark gray, mossy green, creamy toffee and tiny touches of gold.

This roving was kettle-dyed. Kettle-dyes aren't entirely repeatable and so this colourway will be a little different every time.
